Bookings & payments
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event to secure the booking, an email will be sent 45 days before the big day to collect payment. Dates are only held once the deposit is received.
Cancellations & changes
We're happy to move your booking to a new date free of charge subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled date within 18 months.
Liability
We provide the camcorders and tapes in working order at the time of dispatch. We are not responsible for content captured (or not captured) by your guests. Damage and loss are governed by the Rental Agreement.
