Rental Agreement

The kit

Your package includes the agreed number of camcorders, fresh tapes, batteries and a return shipping label. The kit is shipped to arrive a few days before your wedding date.

Care & return

Please keep the camcorders dry and avoid sand, champagne, accidental drops on the dancefloor and swims in the pool. Return the full kit using the prepaid label within 5 days of your wedding. Late returns may incur an additional rental fee.

Damage & loss

Minor wear-and-tear is expected and covered. Significant damage or loss is charged at replacement cost, capped per device. Full replacement values are listed in your booking confirmation.

Footage

You own all the footage captured on your tapes. We digitise the tapes on your behalf and deliver them to you; we do not retain copies beyond what's needed to deliver your final files.

While we take every care with your cameras and files, the wedding camcorder club cannot be held liable for footage lost, damaged, or corrupted in transit or during post-production.
